Who we Are
Intellectual foundation is a registered public charitable trust that has been working since 2010 in a number of areas. The trust regularly organizes workshops, seminar on contemporary issues with the aim of making people aware of law, justice and their rights also as to some extent ignorance or lack of legal knowledge is also causes for the atrocities happened. Trust also strive to extend a helping hand to the lower strata of the society for their legal support, blood donation camp, free legal aid, coaching for language speaking and in case of any atrocity by the public authority.
It also organizes events in the memory of renowned personalities of the country who have served the nation with extreme dedication apart from it, the trust also honour the work of such eminent persons whose contribution have been exemplary in intellectual and social fields. The trust also publish a book namely “ Samajik Insaaf Police ke Kartavy evam janta ke Adhikar” Due to the day-to-day atrocities happening in the society and the government and administration being ignorant of them, we felt the need for an organization that could prevent the increasing atrocities on the oppressed people of the society and empower them to fight against injustice and intellectual foundation is always stand with them to ensure the justice.
Vision & Mission
Article 39 A of the constitution of India provides for Free legal Aid to the poor and downtrodden section of the society and ensures justice for all. Article 14 and 22(1) of the constitution also make it obligatory for the state to ensure equality before law and a legal system which promotes justice on the basis of equal opportunities to all.
Intellectual foundation has a deep seated cherished vision & mission to establish “free legal help for bonafide litigants before various high courts and supreme court of India” wherein free legal help would be provided to the underprivileged victims of circumstances, who cannot afford the legal expenses of their case or legal proceedings. Till now the Intellectual Foundation has served a number of needy persons. In India, hardly anyone is ignorant of the attitude of the police, it has become common to see news of atrocities and false cases impose to the persons of marginalized, deprived sections by the police, the Intellectual Foundation becomes the voice of such persecuted people and Committed to providing free legal aid to the innocent needy persons, who forced to live in dark cell of prison and have to pay cost of being venerable.
